Your files stay yours

Every Fileoraa tool runs entirely in your web browser. When you convert, compress or resize a file, the processing happens on your own device using standard browser technology. Your files are never uploaded to our servers, never stored, and never seen by us or anyone else. When you close the tab, nothing of your files remains with us, because nothing ever arrived.

What we do collect

• Basic, anonymous usage statistics (such as which pages are visited) may be collected to understand which tools people find useful. This contains no file content and no personal documents.
• Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser’s local storage, not on our servers.

What we do not collect

• No accounts, so no names, emails or passwords.
• No file contents, file names or conversion history.
• We do not sell data, because there is effectively nothing to sell.

Cookies

Fileoraa does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only browser storage used is the local theme preference described above.

Third-party libraries

A few tools load open-source libraries (for example, for HEIC decoding or PDF creation) from public content delivery networks. Those networks may log standard technical information such as your IP address when the library file is fetched, as with any website asset. Your files themselves are still processed locally and are never sent anywhere.
